How do the transfers hold up in the wash?

Based on our rigorous testing of transfers on various garments and substrates, we have found that the durability of transfers to score highest marks under ANSI testing standards. Generally speaking, transfers tend to hold up well in the wash if they are made with high-quality materials and applied correctly.
What are your shipping times?

We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 4 business days. This can vary depending upon time of year. Express Options are available during checkout.
What file format should my artwork be?

You can submit the artwork using any of our premade templates. Please ensure that all submissions remain 300 DPI.

Remember that any color, including white, will come through on the print. Use transparent backgrounds if you do not want solid colors.

What are press instructions?

These are starting points, your mileage may very depending upon press and substrate. Polyesters can use less heat and time than cottons

  • Press Temp: 260 Degrees
  • Press Pressure: Low to Medium
  • Time: 10-12 seconds (8-10 for polyesters)
  • PEEL IMMEDIATELY (can be cold peeled if desired)
  • Finish hit 3-5 Seconds. For best results use our textured Finish Sheets

Adjust temperature, pressure, and time for each substrate until maximum results are found

Can you explain what a gang sheet is?

A gang sheet is a printable sheet that contains multiple identical or diverse designs arranged on a surface area of 22x24, 36, 48, 60, 8, or 120 inches. You have the option to organize images of various sizes, whether they are the same or different, on any of the approved gang sheet dimensions.
